SSL certificate renewal for cPanel

Step 1: Approve the SSL certificate renewal

After payment is confirmed, the email address that you used for Email Validation when you ordered the SSL cert will receive an email from GlobalSign for the SSL certificate renewal approval. Email Subject is "Order ID xxxxx xxxSSL - Approve SSL Application". Please approve the renewal by following the instruction in the email.

Step 2: Download your Existing SSL Certificate from your customer portal, please refer to

Step 3: Install the SSL certificate in cPanel

1. Login to your cPanel

2. Click SSL/TLS in the SECURITY section

3. Click Generate, view, upload, or delete SSL certificates. in the CERTIFICATES (CRT) section

4. Click Choose File to upload the SSL cert that you downloaded in Step 2

5. Click Upload Certificate
