1. Log in to your Client Area ( https://cloud.readyspace.com/knowledgebase/article/8/customers-login-links/ )
2. On the left side of the page, click on Services and select the Cloud Server option.
3. After that click on the server.
4. At the Password section, click on show.
From there you will get your server root password.
